B pleased to hear C intends to come back. B consult Chairman of History Board about C's offer. Do need more books on American history. B pleased Brogan did well when he with C. Brogan gave paper to Historical Society last week on 'The bibliography of American history' - instructive and entertaining. C.U.P. going ahead with plans for series under title American Library. B hopes first book, Sperry's Religion in the United States soon be out. Have other good titles to follow. Hopes C will contribute to series.
