Counsel's statement: Thomas Watson

Further statment of the case, by counsel, with the final recommendation: "the best way forward is for the Colledge (sic) to exhibit their bill to he Queen Majestie and then my Lord Keeper per speciale mandatum domini Regine to heare and determyne it".
