Records relating to financial accounts are listed under 'Senior Bursar'. Letters petitioning for an individual to be granted a scholarship or exhibition and sent to a named individual (most often the Master of St John's) are listed with the papers of the person to whom the letter is addressed.

Society of Coultonians

Includes two typescript notices concerning meetings of the Society, issued by Hugh Brogan. The first notice [dated 23rd February 1970] states the date and venue of the next meeting, and provides a list of recommended reading.

The second notice [dated 15th October 1970] provides details of a drinks reception in honour of G.G. Coulton.

Also includes a slip of paper with the typescript name and academic titles of D.H.V. (Hugh) Brogan.

St John's College School

Records relating to St John's College School, also known as the Choir School. The school traces its roots to the 17th century when it was founded by St John’s College for the education of the Choristers of the College Choir. The twenty Choristers continue to be educated in a school.
