Wine Ledger - 1953-1970

Wine ledger including lists of wine purchased from 1953-1970 and the costs; kitchen wine stock in 1952; wine stock and value 1952-53. The volume also includes a wine invoice dated May 1963; a letter to the chief clerk about the quantity of wine reserved for college and the costs (1 July 1961); a note about wine reserved for College (October 1959); a note about wine delivery dates and invoice numbers (March 1960); list of wine available for sale in the scholars’ buttery (January 1960); list of wine requested by the May Ball Committee (June 1965); stores requisition form (26 January 1961); two sheets of ‘ready reckoner’ (table listing standard numerical calculations), one sheet dated February 1971; a note on wine and the costs (1961-62).
