Printed copies of the College statutes given by the Crown in council covering the years: 1860; 1882; 1927; 1967; 1976. Also includes a volume of draft statutes for 1926 (note: this not found when looked for in 2023).

Modern Standing Orders

Modern versions of the College's Standing orders in ring-binders. The last printed copy of the standing orders was in 2020. They are wholly accessible online

Bursar's Council Books

4 volumes of the College's standing orders and regulations with notes, amendments and pages pasted in from the Bursary. Vol. 1 is 1928 Standing Orders, the other three volumes are the 1938 Standing Orders.

Stationery Account Book: JCR

The stationery accounts for the Junior Combination Room (formerly the Reading Room) including lists of newspapers and periodicals taken (1940 and 1952) and an inventory of Reading Room furniture (1928).

The minutes of meetings including elections, dining and hall arrangements, gardens, sports, punts, relations with Fellows, parking, public rooms, beer cellar, books, finances, bathrooms, pictures, and other matters pertaining to junior members. Also includes two loose sheets of correspondence relating to the content of the minutes.

Includes correspondence related to JCR refurbishment, Picture Loan Fund, comments from the Suggestion Book, JCR representation on the Kitchen Committee, income and expenditure, and laundry, telephone and cycle facilities.
