Also includes are conveyances, devises & heirs at law in gavelkind* of Sir Samuel E Brydges & John W Head Brydges to SJC for lands at Grenham Bay, Birchington Kent.

Additionally there is a copy statutory declaration with an annexed schedule related to the Birchington mortgage by Edward Neame.
