Wine Stock Books & Accounts

Includes: accounts of wine stock in cellars A and B; a list of wine repacked in cellar E in New Court for 1846-1892 along with a memo from the butler to acknowledge the receipt of a bottle of champagne; books recording wine stocks and consumption; records of wine sales and wine ledgers which include lists of wine purchased.

Additionally there are loose memos, receipts, correspondence and handwritten lists related to the stock, sale and consumption of College wine.

Withdrawal of Plate: William Beale

A note of the [silver] plate taken out of the College treasury for the King Charles I's sue, witnessed by William Beale, Master and others, pursuant to royal letters to the Vice-Chancellor of the University dated 29 June 1642.
