ALS to Peter Le Neve from TB

Did not receive PN's letter offering to send engravings. Has a letter addressed to Mr Murrey. Encourages PN to give his books to the Public (i.e. University) Library at Cambridge rather than to 'that other place' (perhaps the College of Arms). Directs PN to look at Conyers Middleton's 'Bibliothecae Cantabrigiensis ordinandae methodus quaedam' (1723).

Addressed to Le Neve in London. A summary of the contents of the letter in Le Neve's hand appears above the address.
