Encourages PN to give his books to the Public (i.e. University) Library at Cambridge rather than to 'that other place' (perhaps the College of Arms). Directs PN to look at Conyers Middleton's 'Bibliothecae Cantabrigiensis ordinandae methodus quaedam' (1723).
