Drawings of various sizes of plants and parts of plants. A few are dated variously 1917-18. The publications for which these drawings were produced have not yet been identified.

Eleven original sketches used to illustrate 'Fruit-dispersal in adenostemma viscosum : a biological study', published in the Annals of botany Vol. XX, No. LXXIX, July 1906. Various iterations of the same subject are present.

Collection of photographic prints and drawings of ferns and parts of ferns, kept together in an envelope. Some of these were used to illustrate RHY's article "Two Malayan 'Myrmecophilous' Ferns, Polypodium (Lecanopteris) carnosum (Blume), and Polypodium sinuosum, Wall". Annals of Botany Vol. XVI, no. Drawings for Yapp "Stratification in the vegetation of a marsh." Annals of botany Vol. XXIII, no. XC. April 1909. Four of these drawings are printed in the published article, the fifth appears to have been produced at the same time, and annotations suggest that it was originally intended to be used for the same article.

Drawings are annotated in red ink with the figure number and instructions for printing, though the numbering of the figures has changed in the published article. Not all drawings reproduced in the article are present. Glass plate negatives exist of some of the drawings.

Small green album with 'Photographs' in gilt on the front cover. Labelled on the inside front cover: "R.H. Yapp. CORNWALL. NEWQUAY DISTRICT. June & July 1902". Contains 29 photographic prints either 3" x 4" or smaller ovals. Most of the prints are labelled, and many correspond to glass plate negatives. The subjects include scenery, plant life, and members of RHY's family.

Photograph album containing 6 loose photographic prints 4" x 6" or larger, with 26 prints 2.75" x 3.75" inserted in the album. Many pages have empty spaces without photographs. Photographs all appear to be from RHY's Malaysian trip in 1899-1900. A few of the shots correspond to glass plate negatives, but not all. Album is completely unlabelled.

Large scale photographic prints of six images of leaves on a black background, at least two of which were used as plates in a publication, as duplicate copies labelled 'Plate I' and 'Plate II' are present.
