In view of the contents of chapters 14 and 18 is not writing on conquests in Wales or Scotland or parliamentary experiments. Wishes to know who is writing chapters 14 and 18 and to see what has been written. Includes note by JRT confirming that though HJ cannot see Lloyd or McIlwain (authors of Chapters 14 and 18 respectively) there can be adjustment at a later stage.
