Draft autograph letter signed to Simon Newcomb

Proper comparison of Hansen's and Delaunay's equations of Longitude, Latitude and Parallax [of the moon] much needed. Description of such comparisons as already exist. JCA's own parallax tables. Tables of Moon's Ephemeris might be obtained from Hind: JCA will enquire. Hill's computation of the perturbations of Jupiter and Saturn very worthy.
