A manuscript letter sent to Sir Charles Watson from J. W. L. Glaisher, in which he writes that he regrets that he has not sent the paper sooner, but the fact is that he mislaid it and simply could not find it, though he knew it was close at hand. He is sailing to the U.S. tomorrow for Christmas and is greatly relieved that he has managed to find the paper before he leaves.
