Would like to vote for Mr Mowat for the living of Handsworth, as his son has decided he does not want it. Discusses his Fellowship at Trinity College, and the mathematical questions he has recently set for the Fellowship examination. Asks after Mr Newall's telescope and notes that a new one is being installed at Cambridge Observatory.
