E9-E53 University of Cambridge. The bulk of this material is manuscript lecture notes, sometimes paginated in sequences though often with unnumbered pages intercalated. It appears from the variety of inks, paper sizes etc that many lecture notes were reused over years.

School and student studies

Jeffreys was educated at Ashlea House School to 1912, Stimpson Avenue Elementary School 1912-1915, and in 1915 won a scholarship to Northampton School for Girls. She went up to Girton College Cambridge with a Clothworkers' Scholarship in 1921. For later material relating to the Northampton School for Girls see A198-A203.

Research folders

This sequence is Jeffreys's own arrangement of folders on specific research topics. The bulk are identified by Jeffreys herself by index cards (C6) and a filing cabinet index (C7). Many correspond to publications by Jeffreys and appropriate cross-references are included.
