B. Our camp sit on the north side of Musk Ox Fjord, from the boat. 6:30 pm Aug 15th.

None of these photographs is dated, but Wordie's published account suggests that the party crossed the Nordenskiold glacier on 14 August and reached the Disa glacier on 15 August.

Diaries and photographs relating to the Cambridge University East Greenland Expedition June-September 1929. The expedition was led by James Wordie, and the members were August Courtauld, 'Bunny' Fuchs, Doc. Whittard, Cuthbert Wakefield, Vernon Forbes, Dykes and Varley.

Press cuttings

Press cuttings from various newspapers. Five are dated 10 September and report on the return of the expedition. Two are dated 29 January 1930 and cover the first ascent of Petermann Peak, Greenland's highest mountain. Another is undated, presumed January 1930, and was folded inside one of the photograph albums.
