Offprints by and received by MVW

Originally arranged in an alphabetical sequence, but somewhat creatively. Anthony Wilkes is under A, for example, and jointly-authored articles do not invariably appear under the name of the first author. Sometimes, subject matter dictates a place in the sequence (e.g. Appleton, ENIAC and Ethernet). MVW occasionally appears as author when the item is filed by subject, as well as under 'W' where a substantial number of his later (post 1990) publications can be found.
