Twenty-one leaves of manuscript score in J.R. Lunn's hand. Three pages of manuscript notes. Three copies of a two-page printed pamphlet with the words of the two ballets, together with King Henry VIII's anthem 'O Lord maker of all things', as performed before a meeting of the Royal Archaeological Society on 21 July 1874. The two ballets are entitled 'A ballet of ye deth of ye cardynall' and 'A lytll ballet mayde of ye yong duk' gace'.
