Gives evidence that the ex-slave named Liverpool was about 100 years old on his recent death. Refers to the Butler Plantation record book, and the testimonies of Wallace Quarterman, an ex-slave from the Roswell King Plantation, and Mrs Henry Gignilliat nee Jane Forrester. Sends an excerpt from Major Higginson's Journal [attached] about slave women's recollections of Fanny Kemble.
