Ryght worshipfull and my especiall gode maister I hertely commaund me unto your Maistership. Please you to knowe that I have received your letter wherin I do perceive ye wold have me to certefie your maistership of the matter dependyngin betwixt the bishop of Peterborow and you. the truth is that the bishop of Lyncoln had nether Jurdediction withine [?] nor hys commaundement was never observed as havyng Juridiction their. Nor noo ether in hys name and the prieste of the prebent was exceommunicate in Waniforth, thornay and fotheringay by cawse they wold not be obedient to the bishop at their ordianary.
