Includes: notes of the boundaries of the land and fishing rights at Barway bought by the College from Christopher Stanke[s], fishmonger. Also includes an indenture of bargain and sale by Christopher Stanke[s], for land at Barway with water and fishing known as Beche, from bushoploode to Bradforth Were (sic) which Stanke[e] purchased from Thomas Barton dated 4 Feb 1524/5.

A report sent to the President of the College on the College's farm at Barway, with recommendations as to the repairs and a statement that the last tenant had neglected to plant the 30 willow trees yearly which he ought to have by his lease.
